Wiren Lessons Replaced with Book Project

I've decided that I simply can't do the Wiren Lessons I started on Instagram as free lessons online. I would love to give away my knowledge to help and inspire others but I have to be realistic about the fact that I need to be able to keep a roof over my head too. I'm sure everyone can understand that. The writing and supervising of these lessons simply take too much time for me to be able to do them at no profit to myself. I'm sorry for this.

However, the idea behind Wiren Lessons still stands and is something that I want to pursue, so I have decided to develop the lessons into a book that I will be writing in the coming months and hope to publish and make available to those who want to learn about the artistry of photography without taking expensive lessons at a school or university. This project will also bring together aspects of studio art, art history, and visual experience in order to be the comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to photography that I believe makes truly great photographs.
I will be creating a page in order to raise funds to help me to produce this book via Kickstarter.com and will update this posting with a direct link to that page as soon as I get it up. I have not calculated the exact cost yet, but I will have a contribution level that will allow you to receive a copy of the book once it is published, thus contributing to the funding will be the same as pre-ordering the book.
